The facility had no working amenities, pool was green with one of the lights floating in it. The continental breakfast was lacking to say the least. The whole place looked dirty and run down, and they charged a $60 deposit for each room. There wasn’t $60 worth of anything in those rooms, they had three of the smallest pillows on the most uncomfortable mattress I’ve ever laid on, the tv remote literally had duct tape on it holding it together, the water temperature and pressure was terrible, and the AC barely cooled down the room to a tolerable temperature.

The check in process was quick and easy but the hotel looks a bit out dated especially their carpet. The carpet looks all moldy and worn out. The toilet was not functioning properly.

The staff are not happily employed and should seek other industries, like shoelace retipping or something that doesn’t have customer interaction. Costco graveyard floor sweeping is another good option.

They stole my money. I made a reservation, and they were overbooked, they sent me away. Then they charged me for the full stay anyway!! Afterwards!! Two days after they said they had no rooms and I got a different hotel, they charged me. The full amount, saying I was a “no show” then they said in their “notes” I was offered an “upgrade” which I was not. Pure theft and robbery.
