Me and my husband were terrified when we found out we slept with bed bugs!! He found it in the bed in the morning he killed it ,it was full of blood, so nasty! Also when we arrived the shower wasn’t clean there were other people’s hair and I had to clean them up before we take a shower. Honestly I was expecting a lot better from this place.

The rooms have a really strong chemical/cleaner smell that’s impossible to get used to. Upon arrival the toilet in the room didn’t flush and I had to issue a service order. The shower lost water pressure throughout my showers each day, basically turning off completely. I stayed here a year ago and had similar issues.

Arrived around 4 pm on Saturday evening. Had 1 staff person checking ppl in. It was 2 hours before an Astros game. Stood in a line in the lobby for 1 hour 10 minutes before getting checked in. Elevators were broke down. Sent to service elevators. Those then broke down. No stairs up to our room.

Daughter and I had an AMAZING stay. Hotel was close to Toyota Center in downtown Houston. Used complimentary shuttle. Drivers went above and beyond to accommodate us! Shout out to Jesse! The hotel was very nice. It was walking distance to Minute Maid Park. The noise of downtown was loud, but could not be helped with the events that were happening. Would stay again.

Great place to stay. After I booked on Expedia I had a relative tell me the area isn’t good nor safe. So I looked up the reviews again and they weren’t that great. I almost booked at a different hotel but I held off. I’m glad I didn’t . Very nice place to stay, clean and the people are very courteous. The customer service is excellent!!

Check-in is a breeze. Valet parking is quick, efficient, and friendly. Our room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, as well. This hotel is conveniently located near Minute Maid Park. A quick walk to their Union Station gate.

This was the perfect property for a wonderful walk to a concert at Minute Maid park. Easy access to Saltgrass restaurant just a few blocks away. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms.
