The staff was able to check us in at 1am, and allowed later check out time. The location is great to buy some stuff nearbybefore leaving Houston IAH.

The staff was beyond amazing. Everyone was so friendly and easy to talk to. As a woman born with a disability that needed exta help, no one had a problem assisting me. I definitely will be staying at this establishment again in the near future if God is willing.

This hotel is conveniently located to IAH airport and the remote parking lot. The lady at the front desk was competent and friendly. My spouse did not like the noise of the airplanes overhead but that noise was not a surprise given the location. The air conditioner covered up much of the noise. We had to park on the south side of the building and the lack of lighting there made us feel uncomfortable. The lighting on the west side was a lot brighter. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

Family Stayed here for the night after a cruise before catching our flights. Food options within walking distance. Great hotel lobby with big screen tv so the guys were happy to hang out and watch the Oregon Ducks game. We love Hampton Inns. Left before breakfast but sneaking a peek last night it appeared to have many options! Great stay and the shuttle service was awesome

I likes the convenience store and the few quick restaurants walking distance. My card going in and out wasnt working correctly. I have a service dog and at times i had to go out in the very dark. Key would not let me in. So i had to walk all the way around the building. Alone with my dog.

The manager and staff were excellent and helpful. The carpet is very old. Linens and towels need upgrading. Breakfast was excellent for the price. Very close to the airport. TV has every channel available.
