Staff is GREAT

Front desk man, Jerrel?, was amazing. He makes this hotel a GREAT experience from the moment you arrive. Wise choice for the hotel to choose him to represent, because he goes above and beyond to welcome guests. Rooms are great too. They are spacious and clean. Only critique would be I don’t like how you can’t remove the back cushions to the sleeper sofas. Kind of gross to think about everyone sitting or sleeping there and cushions can’t be removed or cleaned, but that isn’t a huge deal. We just threw a sheet over it. Hotel is great so far. Haven’t had breakfast yet, but we like the actual hotel and staff.

The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. The facility was clean and comfortable. The only thing I could complain about is the water pressure was kinda low. Over all a nice place to stay.
