The service is horrible. There are engineers there that were repairing the alarm systems. This testing was not disclosed until after check in. The staff is very unhelpful and blatantly rude.

Good experience but need better TV options.
Room was exceptional clean. TV service options are horrible. They use Direct TV. There was 40 available channels which most were sports channels. Also, complimentary breakfast was not good to me. Need to get better tasting options.

It was a very pleasant and quick check-in however, when we got in later that evening there were roaches in the kitchen area. I have small children so it was too late for me to try and find other accommodations. I would not stay again due to the pest problem
