Check in was mayhem. Received keys for our 2 rooms on the 6th floor. One was not cleaned yet. Went back downstairs and traded it for a room on the second floor. Grabbed my luggage from the 6th floor, went to the new room, and the key didn't work. Went down again and got a new key. Entered room and promptly jumped in the shower. While in there, sombody opened my room door. I had been patient with the mix-ups but this was too much. I called the desk and insisted that they explained what happened and who had access to my room. If it was a staff member, I wanted it confirmed by the staff. The same front desk person said they would figure it out and call me back because they were very confused. 45 minutes passed with no phone call. I went to the desk and she said "oh it was just housekeeping". This young lady was so confused through the whole process and there was a real possibility that she gave a key to some rando. I left unsure of my safety and the safety of my belongings. Would not stay here again.

Reserved room with 2 queen and fold away because 3 in our group. One large towel in room and no linens or pillows for fold away. When i asked for linens was told all they had was large towels and no washcloths. They said take pillows off other beds for fold away and gave a pack of king size box spring covers that were supposed to be sheets for fold away and said thats all they had because housekeeping was off already at that time and manager was gone! In the morning when i was checking out i asked to speak to the manager again she was gone or as the “receptionist” told me “she’s probably still asleep but she usually doesn’t answer”!! She then asked me if i wanted her to bring sheets up to the room right then!!! I WAS CHECKING OUT!!

POOR EXPERIENCE
They denied Check in stating we are over booked and they said third party always does they lied to me and i got very embarrassed in front of my family and me and my family.had no where to stay as everything in the atea was sold out shame on hotels.com and shame on hampton i was literally begging them to give me room i have infant and my daghter was 104 fever i will make a big deal out of it

All in all - great. Shower got water all over the bathroom floor, but the curtain could have been in the wrong place, so it’s really not a negative. Everything is spacious, safe, and clean!

Property was very nice. Breakfast was great. However, we were on the 5th floor, and the morning we tried to check out (at 7:00 a.m.) the elevator seemed to be out of order. We buzzed for it, waited 5-7 minutes, but did not even hear it running. We assumed it was out of order and carried our luggage down the 5 flights of stairs.
