As long as you respect them, they respect you. Respect always goes a long way and I’ve seen reviews that rated their customer service as bad. Maybe they improved over time but I didn’t have any issues, nice people.

Haven Inn is top notch

My favorite place to stay in Houston. Great price, clean, easy to access right off of the freeway. Henry is a great operator and makes you feel very welcome. Highly recommend.

Friendly services and clean room

This place is amazing! I checked in with my daughter and the front desk guy was so friendly and helpful. He greeted me with a smile and even gave us a goodybag. The room is fully remodeled, clean and big. The location is close to downtown and easy access to freeway. If you need food there are plenty of food nearby. Also they serve you with free breakfast.
