Very clean property, the room, lobby, breakfast area, and breakfast provided was very good, great variety of options. The room was got too cold for us a few times, and the water pressure was a little low for the shower. There were so many positives though, we would stay again.

This felt more like a motel experience, but it did include free breakfast. The staff were very friendly, and the room was nice. I traveled with my family and booked three rooms. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and a great value for the price.

Nicely Remodeled Hotel with Great Amenities

You can tell that the owners put a lot of thought and heart into the remodel of this little hotel! It was clean, the property had a ton of security cameras, and the continental breakfast was a great addition. I enjoyed my Texas-shaped waffle! The only minor challenge we faced was that by the time we arrived in town and reached the property around midnight, the parking lot was already full. Luckily, someone was leaving, and we were able to take their space. However, I can understand why it's so packed, because in this area, you won't find a better hotel at this price point.

The owner was a very nice man, very attitative to your request. Rooms very clean great amenities. The fridge great size, microwave good size to cook leftovers. Area around property not a good area but hotel rooms have good door and window locks. And security camera monitoring.

Astros Games

Good location for our needs. Astros ball game 2 nights. Only 15 minutes to stadium. No problems to and from. Good little Gazebo to finish the party after games. Service was good. rooms were clean.

Clean room/bathroom, Friendly staff, Good breakfast, conveniently located near Houston Downtown, Free internet. Best part is it was cheaper compared to other options in that area. Cons: Room interior is basic and doesnt give the vibe to extend the stay.

Awesome stay!

The title says it all - AWESOME! I chose Haven Inn for the great reviews and did it live up to the ratings. Great service plus such a great breakfast. This will be my go-to for my future Houston trips.
