Prostitute dying in front of motel with 2 EMS ambulances and fire truck. (I filmed it and posted it on the internet)… total indifference of staff.. i was moved to a cheaper room 2nd night and they pocketed the cash.. toilet didnt flush, chargers didnt work because bedside lamps were off. When i asked fir refund i was verbally abused and screamed at by Afghani manager

I love staying here when i come to Houston. The property is clean and quiet. There is no hassle at check in or check out. Beds are comfortable and nice they have a full fridge and microwave.

A little out of the way but worth it.
My daughter and I were driving from central Florida to Brownsville, TX. I was very tired by the time we got there but the front desk person was efficient and kind. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast the next day was good, plentiful, warm with a very good selection. Check out was easy.

A very nice gentleman checked me and I really appreciated the goody bag with 2 bottles of water and chips. My room was very nice and thoroughly cleaned with a nice comfortable bed and pillows. In addition, it was very quiet and only a short drive to Hobby Center which is the reason why I was in town to see a show. And the complimentary breakfast was very good. This was my first time staying here and I was very pleased and most definitely stay here again in the future.

Our stay began with such a nice lady at check-in. We felt welcomed. Our room was super clean. The breakfast area was also clean and had a variety of options to choose from. This was our 1st visit to a Haven Inn and we definitely will use them again. Thank you!

I love that it was fast and easy to check in. The receptionist was very friendly and even had a welcome package for me with water & snacks. I really enjoyed that. They offer full breakfast here with a pleasant, clean, & colorful atmosphere. I will definitely be returning to this establishment to stay since it's only 13min from downtown Houston. Spacious rooms, toiletries (toothbrush & paste) and cleaning services daily.
