The staff was super helpful even for us getting in later than planned. The beds were comfortable, the AC was easy to adjust, and it was in a good location for where we needed to go during our stay

Floors are pretty thin so each step sounds like a stomp and I heard continuous stomps upstairs. Recommend getting a room on the top floor. Aside from that, it was a great stay.

Pipes were making noise and couldn’t sleep and it was advertised with free breakfast and that was a lie. Whole reason why i picked that place.

The property was nice but no microwave in the room to warm up food we would have to go downstairs to the lobby to warm up food and the washer and dryer didn't work so we couldn't wash my daughters running uniform out I had to do it by hand and put them to dry by the AC which was a hassle I came there because they advertised these things and they don't have it

The manager Demti was the best , they have things listed they do not offer , laundry room free contential breakfast. Room serves customers was terrible dog running loose on 3rd floor without owner and leash, wet floors without wet signs posted and karla bernice not ysing hippa laws and openly discussing othets businesd while on phone clerks not properly checking you in a d getting 6am knocks at thr door i could go on
