Disappointed when I checked in there was an issue with the water. They had water and didnt have an option for me either. I had to put my bags in my room and go to the local walmart to use the reateoom and purchase water as none was provided. I was told by the guest service rep at the desk " dont feel bad, i cant use the bathroom either and I have to work 8 hours". I didnt think that was a great response for such an issue. Good news was when I returned later that night the water was back on......

The rooms are poorly kept. The showers had mold collecting around each corner and it looks like they tried to caulk over it. The lights went out in my room twice without a storm in sight. The Hilton name use to stand for something, now its not worth the money.

Nice large hotel with veey friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately in middle of remodel. We had electricity issues and hot water issues. Would have been notified up front of issue. Would have been nice to be comped breakfast or something for the inconvenience. Very disappointing.
