I have mix feeling about staying at this place. I had issue with rental car, but front desk went extra mile to help.I have great appreciation toward person who help me. My disappointment was when I walk into the hotel, they inform me that there was no water at that time. I didn't receive any information about hotel not having any water until when I got there. I was traveling with my two kids, and it was 9 pm. We had no choice but to stay. They had great customer service, but hotel has poor management.

Door to my room left open
The floor above me had some sort of water leak that went pouring into my room/bathroom while I was not there. At no point did the hotel try to contact me as employees and contractors were in my room with all my belongings. I understand in an emergency, you need to send people in to address it. However, when I came back to my room late at night my door was open and anyone could have walked in. Anybody in the hotel could have walked into my room, taken my belongings or messed with my belongings. The only reassurance I received was I could be moved to a different room since there was a fan in my room and a dehumidifier in the hallway with power cord and water drainage running into my bathroom. There was no consideration to me as a guest. So if you choose to stay here, good luck.

The staff at the hotel were very attentive and helpful. The room that I was assigned had a shared door with another room, and I could hear the people from the other room talk. I did not feel comfortable listening to my neighbors and having a shared door even if the door was locked. I went to the front desk and shared my concerns and asked to be moved to another room. They did it without hesitation. The rooms were very clean. Even though was very close to the airport I could not hear any noise in my room. The hotel also is next to a really cool restaurant that has delicious food and good prices. I would stay there again if I go back to Houston.
