The Garden Tub had black mold flakes coming out of the water jets in the room. The drank for the Garden Tub was not working properly. The microwave door jammed and locked up on me when I was trying to heat my food up. The Hotel had an awful smell when you walk through the front door in the lobby area. Needs a deep cleaning. Conclusion, I do not plan on staying a the Hilton Garden Hotel in Sugar Land Texas again. Sincerely, Barton Kelley

I cked in my room was hot ac was broken or not working properly but maintenance was helpful she didn’t speak English well i had to get my mom to translate on the ph. But 30 min in i was put into another room. Food was nice over all was a pleasant stay! Thanks
