when we arrived we were greeted good customer service from George, very helpful.
I purchase a king size bed room it was for the handicap, we went to the 4th floor the whole floor smelled bad of some kind of chemical, our room smelled bad, air conditioner rattled so bad, the bathroom had mold by the shower, toilet paper was terrible that I went out and brought toilet paper, bathroom door would not stay open, tissue holder was cracked on both sides, and the air conditioner was not working right, you could not adjust the temperture right, it was either super cold or the heater would come on!
we were given queen size room on the 5th floor.and paying extra for breakfast, I have never paid for breakfast its usually complementary. a manager did give me husband 2 coupons to have breakfast, he did offer to pay and thank you for that. just seemed weird. Might be a while before I stay again in the Hilton in Sugarland, Tx.
we were disappointed of the dollar amount we paid. your staff was very nice and had good customer service.
