Beware of front desk
We booked a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch (5 people). When we got to the room there were 3 towels and no bedding for couch. We called front desk to request items. Front desk was abrasive and was not wanting to bring us any items. She finally agreed to bring items. She only brought a sheet for the pull out couch. No pillow or blanket. I asked again at the front desk. She was rude and said that she would have to go another location in the hotel to get those items. Unbelievable when I paid extra for 5 people and to have a couch bed. Not a good look.

We stayed 2 nights but housekeeping did not come. Is this a thing these days? We called desk for towels and they said pick them up at the desk, which we did. So what about the stack of wet towels on the floor and the over-full trash and we make our own beds? The breakfast was great and we liked the huge shower. Beds comfy and room was very clean when we arrived.

We stayed at this location to visit the Kemah Boardwalk. We were greeted immediately with a smile and a warm welcome. Our 2 Queen room was large, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely come here again the next time we’re in Kemah.

The hotel is ok, but the rooms smell like mold & they only put 2 towels in our room.....no washclothes, no bathtub or sink stops so we couldnt take a bath or fill the sink to wash up. We probably won't be coming back.

I had a one-night booking at this hotel and ran into multiple unpleasant experiences during my stay. First, they had inadequate bathroom supplies that should be there before checkin. When I asked for the same at the front desk, they said I need to come down and collect them as they did not have any help! Though the hotel was newly built, I found some of the electrical fittings in my room did not work properly. When I tried to ask for the help at the front desk, they did not pick up the call! I had another bitter experience in the morning for the breakfast as they were out of bread and fruits except oranges before 2 hours of the end of breakfast time! All in all, it was not a great experience. I am giving 3 stars for the cleanliness of the room and the hotel overall.
