Not only did the staff give me side comments about booking 3rd party, I came to check in late afternoon and they kept insisting I didn’t have a reservation although I had a booking confirmation and my prepay receipt. I used to work for IHG and I know problems can arise, however, after over 30mins-1hr of them consistently telling me they couldn’t find my reservation, it turned out THEY checked in someone into MY prepaid reservation. The customer’s reservation didn’t match my name, their check in dates wasn’t even the same dates as mine , nor the type of room they requested. Mistakes happen, but This was such an issue as they also made ME wait to call the guest down to have them reverse payment when the guest wasn’t in their room instead of checking me in with a different room and dealing with their error afterwards. This delayed my group’s plans due to the wait as well. In addition, we only had 2 towels in a 2 queen bedroom. When we came downstairs to request for two additional towels, The front desk gave me an attitude saying “this is a 1 king and you can only have 2 towels” after I politely told the FO we had a double queen and not a king bedroom. I work in customer service so I understand things can happen and I’ve always loved staying at this particular location. However, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any hotel I’ve stayed at. I’ve never written a review before, but after our experience we could not push this aside.

I had a very bad experience at this property. I could smell drugs in the elevator, and my room ceiling was leaking water. On Saturday, there were people partying until 5:00 AM and I wasn’t able to sleep since they were being very loud and noisy. Housekeeping would never clean my room and when I had asked to get a towel, they didn’t give me one so I had to go downstairs and get one myself, as well as getting my own toilet paper. They also have a very limited menu and are always running out of things. Overall they are not doing their job correctly, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My room smelled like urine. I found a dirty diaper underneath the tv stand. The front desk didn’t want to come clean it up. Then I noticed long hair on the restroom floor(I’m a bald headed man)! Manager changed my room. The manger was overwhelmed, the hotel itself was nice and comfortable, but the manner needed help so he can be more accommodating

The hotel was nice overall. Towels were a little thin. Beds were comfortable. Not sure whether the framework was wood. We could hear the folks from the top floor walking around. Shower head pressure could have been better. Breakfast was okay. Coffee was not good. They need to replenish courtesy water more often.
