I was very pleased with my stay. The room was clean, the bathroom could maybe use a little update in the shower. But overall it was very clean, the free breakfast was amazing. There were different options each day of my stay. Staff was friendly and offered airport shuttle. If I was in the area again I would stay again.

This was very close to the airport which was great was very quiet and great to get to the Car rental destination- I’d say the only challenge was the cost of a cab which I feel we were ripped off a bit! but that ain’t the hotels issue! In the morning the driver took us directly to the car rental which was awesome!

Our room had a distinct smell like there had previously been an animal in there and was a little difficult to get use to. We enjoyed the handicap room, I had recently had surgery and it was spacious and comfortable. Thank You for being interested in our stay.

When we first pulled up to the holiday inn I was surprised as it didn’t look like the picture. One elevator wasn’t operating. The rooms were outdated but clean Portia was helpful at navigating the best pizza places. Transportation to the airport was very nice

Conviently located to IAH but not too close. Parking was plentiful. Lobby was new looking and staff were friendly. However, the room was dated, carpet stained, poor water pressure that didnt get hot, no blow dryer and the TV was crooked on the wall. For a quick night it worked but probably wouldnt stay here again.
