Had a great stay. The manager, Jennifer, help us with a situation where we left a valuable item and the front desk clerk wasn’t really interested in helping but after talking with Jennifer she made her team dig a little deeper and found the item. Of course it was in a cleaning closet on the 4th floor with no name or tag on it (kinda suspicious from the housekeepers) but all ended well. The hotel was clean and breakfast was good.

After arriving and checking in, we found a dead roach in the shower. We asked the front desk if housekeeping could come take care of it and she said there is no housekeeping, but she’ll take care of it. There was one woman working the entire hotel. She was very nice. We also found that our room had no towels, so she had to bring us towels. The room was an accessibility room so it had a sliding door to the bathroom to accommodate a wheelchair, but that sliding door was broken both the handle on the inside of the door, and it was broken off the bottom rail or pin that the door was supposed to slide upon. Finally, there was a light in the room that we never found the switch to turn off so we slept in the room with one of the lights on the entire night.
