Overall good stay but missed a few things.

Overall, it was a decent stay. We had requested a replacement blow dryer because the one in the room wasn't working and we called for that and some toothpaste; we never got any. Also, there should be slip resistant padding in the shower especially if its an accessible room.

Always love to stay here, it's one of my favorite hotels. Friendly staff I had reserved a suite, but somehow it was not available, but leave to Holiday Inn Express to the rescue, upgraded me to two rooms at no charge 😀 Breakfast was awesome, rooms were clean and comfy beds!
