On Friday my plane arrived at IHG airport at 12:30 p.m. I called the hotel to be picked up from the airport. I got no answer and waited for a hotel shuttle for 3 hours then when I arrived there. In the front lobby water was leaking from the ceiling, and still didn't check in because of power outage. I didn't check into my hotel around 6:00 in the evening. I'll like expedia to credit me have on the reservation. I would like for them to give me a call at 704-390-1757. Thank you

The room smells of mold, and the entire hallway has a disgusting odor, primarily emanating from the dirty carpeting on the floor. However, the complimentary breakfast every morning was convenient.

This hotel is awful! There is a homeless camp across the street along with right outside the hotel. There were renovations being made on the same floor as our room. The whole other side of the hallway was being ripped apart. The bathroom was disgusting and dirty and old. Stay away!

Hotel staff friendly upon check in. Breakfast was well upkept and hit and ready even though no baconwas served over the weekend. After i was advised from frint deak it would be, anywho the 4th floor must be for 3rd party rates or discount, the hotel knowsno changes can be made therefore we ha e to suffer theu customerservice/ hospitality issues, 4th floor is molded and our mildew with the smell being covered with some cover up.
