Comfortable room. Service was good. Located close to our destination. The pool was a little chilly. Could have been a little warmer. No clean towels at pool or exercise room. No wash rags available to replace our used ones. Ice machines did not work, but front desk worker filled my ice bucket for me.

Let's begin with false advertisement that this property is near galleria - if near is twenty-minute walk-in highway underpasses with dubious people about then I am wrong. Next facility maintenance: only one of two elevators call buttons in lobby functioned. On last day we were there, second call button was questionable. We stayed two times in one week each for two days. The bath fan in first had failed in second room the fan screeched loud enough to awaken adjoining room occupants, in first room bath faucet water came in a skin biting micro spray while in second, that that had a tepid flow, Internet failed during second reservation - the staff noted that techs had recently been out without reliable results. Finally, beware the pool is not heated. The room was warm but other guests were shaking from the cold water.

This was the best place I've stayed in in Houston in a while. Nothing was wrong. The staff was nice and professional, even with me using slang with them. They never broke professionalism. The microwave, fridge, tv, and Keurig worked. The bed and towels were clean. Room and bathroom clean, shower had strong water pressure amd was hot, toilet worked, and sink was not clogged up. It was quiet here as well. I'm definitely recommending this place.

Property was very clean, bed very comfortable. There was only one way in & out and the location is very high-traffic which made leaving a bit difficult. Interior walls were thin so we heard a lot of our neighbors. But overall it was a decent stay

The payment method was not attached to our reservation, so our check in process took a long time. The front desk agent, Jakoby, was very nice and apologetic. The hotel.com agent was able to help with the payment information.
