The hotel was nice, clean, and had a good view. But it was a significant walk to do anything there is a train located out front but some of the ticket machines don’t work.

Our experience at the Holiday Inn was extremely disappointing. After driving all night, we arrived at 4:00 am, only to find out that the check-in window closed at 3:00 am—something we were never informed of, either by email or any other communication. Despite having a reservation, they refused to check us in and even attempted to charge us double the rate for a room. It was the last thing we needed after such a long journey. The customer service was also poor; every call we made was redirected with no resolution. Even 24 hours later, we’ve heard nothing from either Expedia or IHG, and they are refusing to issue a refund. I would recommend saving your money and avoiding this hotel.

It is self park, after you park you have to use stairs to access the hotel lobby. ( no elevator) When I got to the room, they room had a very small bathroom. Had a decent night sleep. In the morning the lady serving breakfast was rude, she had no costumer service skills. She didn’t tell the guest she was closing before actually closing the buffet and told a couple of Guest they could not grab anything from the buffet line because it was after 9am. She also was asking guest that were sitting down to leave even when we were not done with our breakfast . She close the door behind the last person to leave the area at 9:15am.
