The room was fine. The issue was with the hotel shuttle the pick up from the airport to the hotel with no issues. upon check in. I was told the shuttle runs every half hour on the hour and on the half hour. And just to be in the lobby five minutes before departure Well I showed up at 3:25 AM. I was told the shuttle left at 3:15 . Then when she came back at 3:40 AM, she said well I’m not leaving again until four, while there were three of us waiting. I told her I would need to call an Uber because I was already behind schedule which I did. Five minutes later when more people showed up she said did you already called the Uber and I said yes of course I need to leave now and she said oh well I think I’ll leave early. So I said basically you just leave when people show up and you don’t follow the schedule? And then she was rude and said well I didn’t tell you how the schedule ran.

Shuttle never came and I had to take a cab. Phone message says “starting in January we will only pick up from terminal A”. Well it’s not January yet and I wasted a lot of time waiting. I suggest you align your phone and internet messages so they each give the same info. I am VERY unhappy about this extra aggravation. And expense.

It’s an older building so I’ll give them grace. I asked for my room to be cleaned and they made the bed with the same sheets. I guess that was a theme. I asked for a new burger because they took so long to get me ketchup the burger was cold. They sent back the same burger still cold. Front desk staff was all exceptional.

Website and signage at hotel says the airport shuttle runs 24/7, which is why I chose this hotel specifically. When I called to request the shuttle at the airport, I was told that the shuttle does not run after 7pm on Sundays, so I had to Uber to the hotel. I could not cancel as I had already made my reservation, so I had to pay almost $40 out of pocket for a benefit that was falsely advertised to get my business.

Hard to give a lot of detail, arrived late at night and left early in the morning. Room was huge and bed comfortable not a lot more to say. Through Expedia we paid extra for parking but it seems to be free at the hotel, not the hotels fault. Excellent for the airport

Stayed one night. Close to airport with many restaurants and convenience stores. Clean, quiet and very easy check in and out. Needed extra blanket for the room and housekeeping took care of it immediately. If in IAH AIRPORT area again will stay at this hotel.
