I had a horrible experience. I arrived earlier than everyone else, yet people who came after me were checked in before me. The front desk staff stated they were prioritizing clients who had checked in online. However, when I tried to check in online, the system directed me to go to the front desk for assistance. When I asked the staff for help, they claimed they didn’t know how to assist me and told me to wait until everyone else had been checked in. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Do NOT stay here! Your car will be vandalized

Do not stay here! It is crime ridden, and the owner does nothing about it. While we were there our car as well as 12 others had the windows smashed out and two cars were stolen out of the parking lot. Most were vendors at the Nutcracker Market. We contacted management and they didn’t care. They downplayed the vandalism and brushed us off. Not recommended.
