The staff is super nice. The only negative is the temp in the hallways is super warm - I'm sure it is energy efficiency, but still. I think the humidity in the hall ways cause a musty smell. Definitely safe, clean and nice - just not quite 'DoubleTree' nice.

What I like most about the property were several things. The check in process was quick, the rooms were clean, we felt safe and the staff was great. What I like least about the property the loud flushing toilet. It sounded like it was going to explode when you flushed it. By no means a deal breaking but it sounded annoying at time.

The office desk personnel was AMAZING but thats it. The second you walked in you are immediately met with a foul smell that smells like mildew. That smell is all through the hotel and rooms. Our room was dirty. Hair on the bed and shower and you could tell they didn't scrub the counters. Also leftover food was left in the fridge. Very noisy with road traffic as well. And the humidity in the room was awful.
