My mom needs a roll in shower and a person to stay with her. We are always getting bumped or having to do a King bed shared. Not too happy with that. However we like the hotel and especially the shuttle to the med center
A/c in room prevented safe movement around bed.
Feces found on toilet- room transfer necessary.
Overall musty quality to air from A/C.
Both Rooms had worn look needs fresh carpet etc.
Water dispenser in lobby not functioning
Pancakes and waffles not included in complimentary breakfast, though used in promotional material.
Overall disappointing in quality of facilities.
Staff provided exceptional service- problems lie with management/ownership.
We asked for a crib and were given a broken playpen. When we asked for another, it never came.
The walls outside our room were peeling and construction was occurring in the room next to ours.
After we checked in to the hotel, none of the staff talked, greeted or provided any extra hospitality.
Our room also had zero water bottles.
