Great Pre-Cruise Stay

I always enjoy Home2 Suites. I love having the supplied kitchen and extra space. This one particular...the location is a little tricky but quiet. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. We stayed here before sailing out of Galveston. We had about another 30-40 minute drive cruise morning, but it was worth the savings in price compared to staying in Galveston. Breakfast was also good, no bacon this particular morning...but still good;)

I thought the hotel was clean until the first day of our stay the pool was closed due to painting I was told only to be later told human waste was in the pool only given two large towels it was located next to a busy freeway My friend was missing a couple items and we left to the garbage overflowing by front doors three star at the least

First of all, I like home 2, I like everything, service, amenities, cleaning, food, etc. This specific hotel was not my top one My kids like to sleep on the sofa bed This time the sofa smelled bad like pip really bad like pip but other than that was good enough. Service was wonderful, food was good as always
