I sent an email to the manager on June 22nd. I haven’t received a response yet. We checked in on Wednesday with no problems. On Friday evening - we returned to the hotel around 5:30 and our door was left open. The cleaning crew cleaned our room and turned the knob for the deadbolt to prevent the door from closing. The room was left open with all of our personal belongings in the room. We had a 6:30 dinner reservation. So I didn’t have time to address it before we left again. However, when we returned around 10:45 pm, I did inform the guy at the front desk. His response was “so you are in 121” and he snickered. While I was explaining to him what happened, my husband tried to go to our room, and the key was no longer active. After standing at the front desk explaining and the attendant researching for about 15 minutes, he said we were not assigned to 121. We had been in 121 since Wednesday at this point. I had even visited the front desk Friday morning to extend the reservation one day - from Saturday to Sunday checkout. i had to show the attendant my Expedia reservation and Hilton confirmation email for the second reservation. He said he had to double check to ensure that our belongings were not removed from the room. He gave us another key and walked with us to the room to see if our belongings had been removed. He said it would take him a little while to figure out what happened and how to fix it. Not sure if your belongings are secure at this hotel!
