We stayed in a king only 2 weeks prior and was extremely satisfied but for a suite with double beds this room was old, needed updating, and no blankets for the sofa bed. Main desk told us to come get them because she was alone and could not leave the front desk. Dissatisfied. Dissapointed.

Check in was easy parking was a little overpriced. The room was dingy and out of date and there were roaches or some type of bugs coming from under the fridge. And the halls were still half done from renovations and the carpet was ripped out. It's in a good area, close to the mall just need an update.

This is a good property located very near to the Galleria. Galleria is a five minute walk from the hotel. The property needs a face lift, especially the rooms. There was renovation going on at the property and hopefully they'll do the rooms too. We stayed in a two bedroom suite. It is very spacious with individual bathrooms and a common sitting / kitchen area between the two rooms. overall a good property in the galleria area and value for money.

The property was under construction, so it didn't look very nice and trash and things were just sitting in the hallway from the construction. The elevator in some areas smelled bad. There was no hot water when we tried to take a shower. We were told it was due to the construction turning off the boiler. The room was nice, and so was the staff.

The room’s water pressure was not the best and the shower got cold very fast no matter how we turned the temperature. Other than that the room was clean & breakfast was decent for a free hotel breakfast

Comfortable room and nice breakfast. Staff was efficient and pleasant. Gym was small but OK. parking was convenient, but cost roughly $25 per night, so not free. A good choice in the Houston Galleria area.

I was in town for a healthcare conference @ JW Marriott but I chose Homewood Suite since it has a microwave in the room. So i made it in about 2am to hotel. The floor I was on they were doing construction like tearing out walls and putting up drywall...so you can use your imagination for what that looked like! My sink was slowing draining with still water, where the central air unit was the drywall was totally separated from the wall it was just laid up against the wall to cover it, no trash bags in can so the moral of the story is I stayed a few days and paid full price under these conditions. I asked front desk to speak with a manager which they said is not available til next week so I asked for a business card, didnt have that so they just wrote the hotel number down on a piece of paper no ext or anything! I just have 1 QUESTION? WHY? JUST WHY didnt they close that area off until the repairs inside and outside the room was complete. That's just not good business and a bad experience! Besides that, the rest of the hotel seemed to be up to par and the free breakfast had a great selection.

The property was being renovated so the hallways were a mess on my floor - wallpaper partly off the walls parts of hallway rugs rolled up, pool closed for renovation. Breakfast: sad face no waffles. But they had good fruit salad, bagels, English muffins, & toast; peanut butter & Nutella, (the scrambled eggs looked more like baked), chicken sausage & chicken tinga & Yogurt. Staff was very nice.
