This Hotel is in its infancy at this location. It was recently built in 2025. The room I stayed in was really nice it had one bed and a full sized fridge that was brand new, they hadn’t even removed the tape from the inside compartment yet. The property around the Hotel itself was clean and well maintained. The other properties out front were under construction. I chose this location due to its proximity to Hobby Airport which was 2.5 miles. The staff that I had contact with were quite friendly and nice. I would stay here again for sure.

The place is fairly new, clean room, bed was very uncomfortable and it seemed broken, it was lacking of a dryer, iron, basic necessities.

For starters, my room came with no lamps, I had to use the bathroom area for light, windows are thin, you can hear everything from the roadway to other guests on property opening and shutting their door, The door frame is to high, outside light during the day streaks under the door & and the area it’s in looks completely like the ghetto but on the bright side most things you want to do food and entertainment wise is generally all in the same area nothing really further than 20 minutes unless you happen to hit traffic.

We were traveling to take my granddaughter to college from California to Houston and back we stayed in a hotel every night for 7 nights this was the best. It’s newly built. Very nice full size refrigerator was a very nice touch. The staff was very friendly. We reserved 1 room but when we got there they were so nice and so affordable that we went ahead and rented the one next door and sent the teenagers over there to have some space. Had a person above us with their kid scooting stuff across the floor all night so startled out of sleep a few times but for the most part our stay was amazing if I ever had to travel back to Houston I would definitely stay there again.

Overall this property was decent at best. For some reason they had no actual blankets and only provided sheets. Minimal towels provided, which didn’t help because the shower was open and splashed water all over the floor every time you used it. On top of there being no actual shelving or anything in the shower to put your toiletry items One of the outlets near the bed didn’t work. Overall it was a motel disguised as a hotel.
