It had more emmenities than I expected. Refrigerator, microwave, and a desk table for work or eating. They constantly restocked towels and and handled trash. There was only some minor insects (ant or nat) but only two. Overall though, its pretty clean. Overall, 9/10.

Fairly new hotel. Very clean. Very nice staff from reception to house cleaning. Improvements: A/C as rooms are very humid. Towels are very thin and do not dry due to humidity. Soaps are very thin, make sure to ask for extras. With minor improvements this can be an excellent hotel.

Don’t ever think to book this hotel everything bad

The place is very bad neighborhood and it’s hotel when I book but this is motel Let I ask for water they said we don’t have water out policy don’t have water I said it’s ok I went to the room I open the air condition my nose got block from allergy I guess from bad filter inside air condition restroom door don’t close I went down to walk down and buy water from near gas station homeless everywhere I couldn’t sleep over 20 time I heard police and fire trucks siren when I ask for cancel my stay and refund money for rest of my trip 2 day more they said our policy say no cancel we can’t refund money I ask hotel team to help me to cancel they give hard time and keep saying our manger not here I lost the money but I give recommendation never book this hotel it’s not even hotel safe your money and health and be safe

Room was very dirty! Floors was not cleaned and sticky. Refrigerator in the room was messy and disgusting. Will never stay there again

I enjoyed my stay here the room was clean and the staff are very friendly. I have had a few stays at this property and would definitely recommend to others. If you are travelng and want somewhere safe, clean, and well lit, then consider Hotel Park Place the rooms are nice.
