This hotel has been amazing the last 2 times we have stayed here. And will be over the next several years as my husband gets medical help there. The staff is great, the rooms as well as the whole facility are clean and in great condition. It seems like it might be an older holder but they maintain it very well. The prices are very reasonable and they are very compassionate towards medical patients. Which is very appreciated. They over Uber services to the medical building which is also so helpful. Takes one less burden away from us. I honestly can’t say enough about their place.

Rooms were pretty clean. The bottom of our curtains and carpet had stains either from water or something I don’t wanna think about.. Headboard was detached from wall and leaned. There was not a nightstand on one side of the bed. A comfortable chair would have been nice. Pillows were flat. Close to MD Anderson. Staff was amazing.

I love the rooms are spacious, kept clean and well maintained. The staff are fantastic especially Jessica she was really helpful and kind to me. I was there for medical reasons. I call this a home away from home.

For long stays you have to let the front desk know that you need your room clean. You only get two sets of towels and have to request more as needed. The bathroom toiletries come in mini bottles. Have your own bath soaps and lotions. No complimentary water stocked in room. The breakfast has variety basic for on the go or a quick eat sitting. Overall the property is clean. Rooms are spacious. Staff is very friendly.

The neighboring area is questionable, but staying at the property, you'd never know it. The inside of the hotel has been recently refreshed and was very nice. They were very decorated for Halloween. Made it seem like a very personal hotel.

Plenty of parking available even if arriving late at night. The check-in process was smooth. We were told from the start that the hotel is undergoing renovations so some things might be lacking, but the front desk would be available for any clarifications or requests. We ended up needing to ask for an iron and board, as well as a hairdryer and hangers, which were promptly provided. The place was clean and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was quite nice - plenty of options to choose from, and they change the way they cook the eggs from time to time, which was refreshing. Would stay again!
