Our room seemed to not be finished after renovations. There were no towel racks, soap holder in shower, toilet paper holder in bathroom. No bedside lights, very dark. There was a smell in the room. Breakfast okay. But it was quiet.

A hidden treasure!
We use the Hotel part of the property. They have been remodeling. Improving a lot each time we spend time there. Employees very helpful. They got us to the hospital for my surgery using Euber. Both services were great! Everything was clean and operational! Will definitely use them again.

Worst hotel ever!! We checked in, went to our rooms and checked out all in 30 minutes. Dirty bedding, stains all over the bedspread and the bed had a cloth frame all the way around it was so nasty. The smell of the hotel was so bad. The furniture and fixtures were in terrible condition

I’ve stayed at this hotel previously and it was comfortable and quiet. Rooms were modest but fine for a couple nights. This stay was a very different and disappointing experience. I think there was a change in management. There were stains on the pillowcases, no toilet paper holder, and all night long I could hear the people in the hallway slamming their door, knocking on the door, and yelling let me in. And, the breakfast was unappetizing and had very limited options. The location is convenient to the medical center which is why I chose to stay there, and the Uber shuttle was useful. However, I will not be staying there again.

Terrible Experience at Ylem I recently stayed at Ylem with my wife, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. Our sheets were dirty and stained, and the bed itself was not clean. We found the overall condition of the room to be really filthy, which made it impossible for us to stay there. Due to these issues, we decided not to spend the night and left to find a different hotel. I cannot recommend Ylem to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay. The person at the front desk was friendly and understood the situation.
