The staff was wonderful and always available. Special thanks to Nicole, Azur and the other front desk and kitchen staff that made my stay easy. The area is walkable and I was able to see beautiful artwork around the hotel. A lot of good restaurants to visit as well. Thank you for a great stay. Next time I’ll make sure to get a room with a view, but this was a quick trip to visit family.

This was an excellent choice of hotel for our stay after a cruise from Galveston prior to flying home to the UK. Very clean, quiet and great facilities such as self service laundry. Great neighbourhood. Would stay again for sure.

for the price that i paid for ($160) a night the room and bed was very generic. This was the first time i booked with the hyatt and i only booked it so i can try a top hotel and was disappointed for the price i paid for.

Great stay but valet was bad
Trip was overall great but the valet left the lights on in my car and killed my battery. Really made leaving a hassle. Took them over two hours to figure out how to jump my car.

Clean and spacious room however bed was not comfortable. It was not a big deal since we only stayed 1 night. We booked to stay close to the POST to see the NYE fireworks. It was nice walking around main street and we did walk back and forth to POST twice. The bartender working on NYE on the 16th floor was great!
