Clean hotel the only thing is you can hear everyone next to your room. Each night it was something different it was either the kids next door, people arriving at 2 am drunk and noisy, someone snoring that was not in my room, or someone else's alarm at 5 am! Clean but you hear everything!

This property is very nice and the staff is also very friendly and accommodating. The only issue I had was that the ice machine was out of order our whole stay and we had to go to other floors for ice. This became a issue because waiting on the 1 elevator that worked took quite a bit of time. Other than that the stay was pleasant and relaxing.

Mixed Reviex on this Hotel

This is a very difficult review. The hotel in general is somewhat comfortable, what are you looking for: a room, a shower. And somewhat safety while doing those things. Yes, this hotel meets this objectives, however it’s the little things that count. - Elevators - two are there, only one working. Supposedly, it’s because parts were stolen off the other elevator. But, guests that have stayed here in the past say the elevator was out when they were here the last time. The wait isn’t slow either..it’s brutally slow. - tattered chair in the pool area - I sat in it and didn’t want to say anything to the staff I fear that it would be removed and not replaced. So, I just dealt with it. - Probably the worst thing - I got woken up by a guest in the next room - they had their TV at basically 100 level - sounded like Call of Duty - constant shooting, shouting. This was at 2am. I called the desk and in the end was put in a different room to sleep the night. I relayed that complaint to the staff upon checkout and I think they provide some relief to me on my bill, so I guess they made it right in the end…but these pos should have been asked to leave.

Very disappointed

When we first checked in, our first room had a large blood stain high up in the bathroom wall. They changed our room and the second room had no tub plug. The agent did get us a tub plug. They only had 1 elevator working and all rooms were full so there’s was a lot of people staying in the hotel. The breakfast was fair. The waffle makers didn’t work well at all. They stuck to the plates and were gooey in the center. I was a bit disappointed in this hotel. However, the bed and pillows were comfortable. Likely won’t stay here again. I also got no receipt at check out or an email detailing charges.

Everything was great with check in but once we went to the room the house keeper was still cleaning it and talked in the phone the entire time on a personal call. Check was 3pm but we arrived a little after 4 rushing to get into the room because we had to get ready for a 6pm weeding which was 30 mins away. Had to rush to get ready. Traveled from Dallas

Beds and pillows were comfortable. The room was clean. Breakfast was okay. Main issue was very thin walls. We were able to hear conversations, toilet flushes and television from adjoining rooms. Could also hear the train as it went by. This was concerning late at night and early morning hours.
