Great location, ok installation.

The location is great but the lack of a proper space to park the car to load/unload the luggages is a huge downside. Also the need to get on an elevator to access the reception is weird

Near the mall. What I didn’t like is when we were checking out we were waiting for an elevator and it took quite a while and when one finally arrived a staff member had a bin of towels and taking up a good part of the elevator and she didn’t even attempt to make space for us even though we tried to get in. She blocked the empty space to the slide of the door. She just stared at us. We almost missed our uber pick up because we waited another 4 mins for another elevator. Additionally on the day we checked out the housekeeper knocked on our door at 845 pressuring us to leave. The hotel staff was great but the housekeeping staff wasn’t very friendly.

We arrived with my kids and they've told me I have to call expedia. Or else pay the room again because they couldn't find my confirmation number. We spent almost 45 minutes. We have a good breakfast though.

Our stay was enjoyable for the most part. Cons: as mentioned in other reviews the valet parking is stupid expensive (we utilized the parking ramp next door); the pool is not heated at all- they will tell you to use the pool at Hyatt Regency next door, but that one is only slightly less than freezing; the room tv was a little finicky; there wasn't a microwave in the room. Pros: clean spacious room; the cleaning staff & desk staff were friendly and accommodating; decent free breakfast; plenty of places to eat & shop in the area. We would definitely stay again.
