Elevator was dirty, someone’s dog peed in the elevator. Bathroom wasn’t too clean the water, made my skin so dry and broke me out, and the rooms have a stale smell to them. Very disappointing, the customer service was atleast okay.

This hotel is always our go to when visiting Baytown. Decent service for a decent price. Cant complain about the rooms except the room was a little hot. The AC worked but didn’t seem to cool the room very efficiently. Breakfast is basic but good. Never have any problems here and it’s generally very quiet. Area feels safe as well.
