I arrived exhausted with two kids and had booked the largest room, which was supposed to accommodate five people—at least that’s what was sold to us. However, when I entered the room, I realized it could fit at most three people because the sofa bed was a single, not a double. I asked if there was at least an extra mattress since we were exhausted and needed to sleep, but the front desk attendant said no and that the only thing she could do was a downgrade, moving us to a smaller room with only two queen beds. We had a horrible night—slept badly and uncomfortably. On top of that, the room was filthy. The floor was sticky, covered in spilled Coca-Cola that no one had cleaned. This was the worst experience of my life. I took pictures and will post them on all platforms so that no one stays in this awful hotel.

The staff were great and the hotel overall was clean but we paid extra for a suite. The room overall was clean. The room was missing furnishings. There was the bed and a dresser /bench in the bedroom and tv. In the living room there was a couch no table, desk, chairs or coffee table and a tv. There were lights missing is some areas. The breakfast was enjoyable.

Glad my stay was short

Condition of building and room was poor. Bathroom had bifold closet door for the entry door with no latch, missing knob, and broken hinge so it wouldn’t stay closed. Elevator seemed to be on its last legs.

The only part i didnt like it was when your breakfast server was vary meen person. And also she closed the breakfast 15 earlier and there was still kids coming down to have breakfast. And when we ask if we can have more sausage she had a attitude
