The property has been in a remodel. Floors, fixtures are great. The only problem I noticed was the door in our bathroom had not been replaced even though it showed warping at the bottom whic was very noticable. One light at the desk did not work which made it inconvenient because that was the only light in that corner of the room. Otherwise it was a good stay. Very comfortable.

Watch out for the free shuttle to airport. We needed to be at IAH for a 5:09am flight and the shuttle is not 24/7. Starts running at 5:00am. We did not know that until we got than email same day telling us this and it was too late to cancel. Had to spend additional money for a cab. Won’t be staying here again.

We chose this hotel as it advertised on site laundry facilities. On arrival, I was told it has been unavailable for some time due to remodeling. How can an advertised service be unavailable for extended periods without making alternate arrangements first? Definitely constitutes false advertisement, and a mere sorry is not enough to gloss over the inconvenience caused to paying customers. Front desk staff have a cold attitude and could use training in customer service.

Please have more meat options for breakfast other than pork almost got stuck in the elevator luckily I didn’t but had to take the stairs when I check out from the top for with my luggage other wise it was clean quiet and peaceful

Good hotel with some opportunity
For the money, overall this place was fine. The lobby looked amazingly nice, plenty of parking. Customer service at counter and at breakfast service was great. I booked through Hotels.com so its questionable if the hotel provides specific not so great rooms to offer a discount through a 3rd party. Exterior of the building was nice, we hung out in a gazebo out back near the pool. The opportunities were more prevalent in our room but i have to say that the fitness center was out of order and so i could not do any workout beyond cardio outside, disappointing. The room itself was okay, but missing the desk that is listed and just a giant desk chair was against the wall. The carpet did not look like it had been vacuumed as i found dog food pieces and other misc debris as we were hanging out in the living room area. The AC/heater fan in the living room was broken and wouldn't work and the one in the bedroom couldn't be turned off so had to unplug it. And there was a lingering chemical smell like something happened with a previous tenant they were trying to cover up like a dog smell or cigarette smoke. All in all, i couldve asked for a new room but this review would still be the same, asking for a new room would have detracted even more from the rating i gave. I would stay again in a different room, location, service, safety, accessibility were all great.

I'm a truck driver and I come to this place all the time when I need to put my truck in for maintenance. I really love the personnel here especially Amy at the front desk. They always take care of my needs. They provide a clean room. And in my opinion a pretty decent morning breakfast. I will be back
