Late night exercise of patience

Front desk needs more than one staff to get everyone waiting checked in. One family held up many others while they seemed to have endless questions or problems to discuss with the patient clerk. When i finally got 2 key cards, we went too the 3rd floor, found our room, but neither card could get the door open. Wife waited with luggage cart while i went back to front desk, she gave me 2 new cards...& neither of them could get the door open. Back down again, asked for a different room, got it, finally got inside...then made another trip down to return the luggage cart. Bfast had no bananas & no oranges.

Staff was ok but lacked knowledge providing guess information about metro bus to town from airport. The most disappointed part was the absent of airport shuttles service after 9 pm. I wish Expedia.com would have let travellers know ahead the restricted schedules on their website. If they posted the restrictions on the website, we would book our flight arrival to IAH earlier. Room was simple and needs upgrade. Continental breakfast was enough to fill empty stomachs did not having much nutritious qualities.

I like everything The hotel is very beautiful and good, but there is a lady who works at the counter, she doesn't know how to do her job, she’s not polite and she’s not friendly and she’s rude I will go back there and recommend it to friends, but this lady is terrible.

We had no hot water . Rooms were dirty we got an allergic reaction so we had to be moved 3 times . People actually live here super loud people hanging out on the hallways.
