From the extremely rude shuttle driver to our room, this property was not great. The sofa in our room had several large burn marks on it. The toilet was leaking from the bottom. I would not stay here again.

I called for airport shuttle bus pickup at 10 p.m. until arrival at IAH. Shuttle driver did not pick me up until 11:30 pm . I repeatedly call front desk for help. The hotel receptionist said, I will contact the driver." One call went to voice mail. No one ever called me back. At 11:15 pm., the airport security man called shuttle bus driver & he arrived at 11:39. No apologies. He was rude & blamed me for not standing in pickup area where I waited starting at 10 p.m. Also, he was a dangerous driver, talking on cell phone in heavy traffic. Had I known the hotel was only a 10 minute drive away, I would've taken a taxie for $20.

We were very unhappy with the hotel shuttle service from the airport. We called to have them send a shuttle as per their recommendation and we waited for almost an hour. The shuttles serve several hotels and filled up before we could get on.

The shuttle experience was ridiculous, as it took 65 minutes from the time we called for it for us to make it to the hotel 2 miles away. The hotel clerk did her best to communicate with the shuttle, but the shuttle folks were unresponsive and then started saying they “couldn’t find us” at the airport. Nonsense. We were exactly where we were told to be, and checked every shuttle that came by. The shuttle had our name and phone number, so if they “couldn’t find us” they could have texted or called. They simply never came. It was a running joke with the other people waiting for the same shuttle. We spoke to another shuttle driver for a competing chain, and we were told to keep calling and pestering our hotel, because their shuttle has a terrible reputation. By the time the shuttle actually got there, there were too many people waiting and some had to wait for another shuttle. God knows how long that took for them. When we got to the hotel, we were told the 8:00 AM return shuttle was full, as was the 7:30 shuttle. We could take the 7:00 shuttle, which we were told comes at 6:45. This added an extra 1:15 at the airport, plus we couldn’t eat our “free” breakfast at the hotel. What a ridiculous experience. Again, in fairness, the night clerk did what she could. I would never stay here again.

The shower was useless, the TV did not work, they have a coffee maker and they do not even put water, a desk chair with a worn and broken linen, there is a refrigerator and microwave disconnected (why do they have them). Imagine the scene of going out from one room to another, on another level, just to take a bath… that happened to us. Finally, the card to enter the room was constantly failing…

This property is totally run down. Hall carpets are dirty. Door numbers missing. lights bulbs missing from lamps, drink marks and graffiti on the desk. TV doesn't work. It seems like this is property being used for long term immigrant housing, I will not be back.
