Need to clean a little better
The front desk person was very nice. The bed was comfortable. The problem I have is regarding cleanliness. There was a pubic hair in the bathtub, long hair on the floor near the toilet and near the sink (which is not attached to the bathroom. Makes me feel gross about the whole stay.

Property was clean, quiet, and breakfast service was very good. A light bulb was out in one of the lamps. Pillows and bed were slightly uncomfortable. Property definitely needed an upgrade on that.

the bed was good and comfortable , the showerhead wasnt very adjustable had to be careful not to spray water everywhere else wasnt to bad but the final day i did see roaches inside of the room i stayed in.

Firstly, the woman who checked me in wasn’t very nice. She was on a personal call (I’m assuming) via AirPods/headphones while checking me in, which took longer than it needed to, I feel like. And when we ended up on the elevator together, she rushed past me without so much as an “excuse me” or a “sorry”. Now the room. There were roaches of all sizes everywhere—on the bathroom counter, the walls, the floor, the bathroom, and in every crevice of the room you could think of. Didn’t even complete my trip as I checked out my first night. Would not recommend.

There were bed bugs on both bed! The room smelt moldy and the bed sheet was dirty! I spoke with the front desk and didn’t want to moved me and she don’t want to go check the room for herself! Eventually she moved my family and I into a different room. The room the bathroom ceiling was molded. You can smell it when you got in and still front desk woman didn’t care.
