Nate was very helpful. I called a day before to ask Nate if he could give me rooms close to each other and he did his best to do just that. Upon arrival we got to meet Nate and he greeted my family with a smile and was very professional. I will say just make sure that when you book through Expedia and say pay at the hotel and use cash to make sure they key in cash or it will charge your card. I will definitely stay again. Our rooms was clean and so was the hotel, breakfast was good and pool area very clean

The staff was very helpful, but only because the business center's printer did not work. My room was updated, nice bed and other furnishings (the 5 shower jets were very nice), but it had a musty smell. I had to work while in my room, but afterwards a little TV would have been nice... My TV remote did not work. It turned on, but I could not change channels. The area had a lot of food options, and was centrally located to my job sites..but also had several men, just hanging out in the parking lot and just outside the side door. There were a few women just hanging out in the lobby, talking loudly with bad language.. (they were there when I arrived, still there when I left for dinner and again when I came back from dinner).The store down the street was the same, men sitting on the sidewalk, and inside.

Do not recommend!!!
First we didn't get the room we booked, we booked 2 queen beds and got a king with a pull out. The hotel was hosting a pool party for a little one and the people having the party were allowed to get hight in the lobby. The whole downstairs and 4th floor smelled of weed really bad. When we asked for towels we were told they didn't have any because of the pool party they had. Also, they had no extra blankets for the pull out. We had 2 Adults and 2 kids. Thank goodness it was only 1 night. I don't recommend this hotel!

Hotel is good
Hotel was clean. Bed was a bit dated. Could tell by the sounds when laying down/turning over, the springs made noise but it was still comfortable. The food was good. The staff was really nice. The only complaint was there being 5 or 6, 8-10 year old kids running all around the lobby being loud throwing pillows at 5:30 in the morning and no one at the desk to tell them to return to their rooms. I know its a parent thing as well but the staff could tell them to either settle down, people are sleeping or return to their rooms.

it's a bit far away from everything. Room cleaning is on upon request. we requested room services on our 3rd day but reception told us cleaning staff is busy unable to provide full cleaning. They will empty trash and give us new towels but their didn't. we r a bit disappointed.
