This was our third time staying at the spring Texas location and the whole place smelled like mildew . The first room smelled like pure mildew and felt very damp , the young lady at the desk was awesome she went above and beyond to find us a room that wasn’t smelling like mildew . But as soon as you step out the elevator it smelled like mildew. will not be staying at that location again .

The room itself was clean and comfortable to sleep in. The hallways smells extremely musty. The pool was clean enough to swim in for a kid but not clean, full of leaves and dirt on the bottom. Breakfast starts at 6 they have a waffle maker but they don’t serve waffles till 730 which is the biggest thing people tend to eat . One night stay it works but this is not someplace I would stay for a several day trip.

Everything was overall good with our stay. The room just had a feel that it was always a little damp. We weren't sure it was because of the a/c or anything, but we made due. Also remote had seen better days but did the trick when it came to using the tv. Staff was wonderful and otherwise the hotel was nice and clean. Also room was huge.
