My room had bed bugs room number 142 and I booked 5 night only stayed once but in my stay the rooms are pet friendly and the motel smells of animals and cigarettes the pool fence is being built and the parking lot has pot holes everywhere and they still have yet to give me my refund for my 4 other nights that I didn’t stay

People walking in and out of the property slamming doors , lady in the front said they couldn’t rent to me because of my bad review last week . She told me I’m not aloud to rent to you ! Again I got a double bed room with no ac and smelled really bad there’s a room upstarts that wreaks like dead animal coming from the Door ! Will never stay here again I told my company not to book here for work anymore.

I stayed her for a week and I paid for a king room with a kitchenette. But since I paid online I would get a better price. The front desk stuck me in a double queen smoking . When I told the front desk that this is not what I paid for he said I had a choice to stay or leave . But next time to make sure I pay cash he could help me out . When room service cleaned my room they took my ice chest and little electric skillet and they checked me out of the room when I got back I noticed my key didn’t work my stuff gone. The manager is very rude and unprofessional idk why they rent rooms online if they don’t honor that agreement once you check in
