There were five people waiting in line and it took 35 minutes to find the front desk clerk. upon attempt to check in, he proceeded to tell me that there was a $50 cash deposit. I said we had no cash. He said you have no room. And turned us away with a nonrefundable room and said sorry! The staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful and did not care that they had been people wait that long

That hotel compound looks getto, not clean, had homeless logages all around the property. You shouldn't be offering ot to customers.
