It was very dated and worn out. Needs an update yesterday. Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. Not a good representation of the Hyatt brand.

Love the indoor koi pond and the staff were friendly. The hotel is dated - old furniture, dark, old fixtures. Showers did not get hot, app to order food did not work properly and the elevators were very slow.

Everything was smooth! Staff was super friendly, Bartenders (Franck and Noor) were awesome! They were very knowledgeable and professional if your visiting and have a second to stop in at the bar, I would highly recommend grabbing a drink or something to eat from the bar!
