All smoking rooms gets the 1st floor while non smokers are all upstairs and their is no elevator

The only complaint: The electronic lock on our door kept going out and thus our key cards would not work. Therefore, we would have to go get the caretakers to get into our room.

For the price, the room is very spacious. The fridge and microwave oven are good for our stay. The AC is also good. However the floor is very dirty and there’s no blanket other than the bed cover.
