Hotel is literally right next to the highway, you can always hear the sound of it, even at night. It's a nice white noise. I don't remember it ever being silent. Houston never sleeps, it was nice to sleep to

Clean and very comfortable bed, staff are friendly, location close to high way easy exit go to . But only one thing that needs adjusting is to say "free snacks not free breakfast". Anyway hotel close to bellaire streets,we’re just going out to eat breakfast

Great motel near the highway
This is a newer motel. Rooms are big, spacious and modern, Decor is pretty new. Rooms are cleaned daily. It is near a major highway, so it is easy to get around Houston. The price is, IMO, appropriate for this type of property

The front desk was super helpful and accommodating for my trailer in the parking lot! Not to mention the complimentary drinks and snacks were so nice after a busy day to get!

I usually stay at the Hilton but the rooms and facilities are better at The Palace. Even though it’s not in an ideal neighborhood, I felt safe. The hotel is also right next door to several good restaurants, a planet fitness and Specs. And you can’t beat the price.

If you like being woken up or while you're taking a shower great place. First room was hot as hell second room was okay but I got rushed out and forgot some of my stuff, as hey why let someone have any time to take a shower and get going right. Rooms are clean and roomy. It's a bit noisy but what can you expect?? it's right next to a six lane highway!! Front desk is friendly. there's coffee and snackcavailable 24/7. High utility to value ratio. I have paid 3 times this much for less comfort.
