Comfortable stay before cruise

Friendly clerk at check in. Place was clean. Bed was comfy. Pool was a little crowded so decided not to join. Bed and pillows were comfy. Breakfast was good.

The staff were all friendly and the hotel was comfortable except for the bugs. Immediately killed one roach on arrival and a second one within the first hour. Saw a few more before we checked out.

Hotel is very clean. Customer services very accommodating and willing. Only odd thing is front desk being on the phone for personal calls. You can hear it upstairs because of the open lobby however, I would definitely stay there again.
