Beds were nice and clean and breakfast was good but elevators need attention and it was not a warm and welcoming environment. Check on was quick and easy but receptionist was not cheerful and she was very quiet. There were lots of sketchy people and activities in the lobby and parking lot at night but room was quiet and no interruptions during two day stay.

Bed sheets seemed clean. The check in lady was pretty quiet, we asked for directions several times, and could barely hear her. We got to the room and we were met face to face with a roach on the inside of the door as we went to close it. As we walked in there was poop wiped on the wall by the big mirror and another roach on the wall by the window. We didn’t even try the breakfast because the cleanliness of the room made us feel the kitchen would be just as bad.
Poop wiped on walls, looks like it has been there a long time and was starting to grow mold/bacteria
