The front desk employee (man) was very rude. Somebody walked INTO our room at 1am because they were swiping their key cards on random rooms. The man at front desk was aware of someone trying to get into rooms, yet argued with me that she couldn’t have actually gotten in when she did. Unbelievable!!!
