Terrible, cockroaches, broken sink, tv doesn’t work, internet was bad, stunk of cigarettes and weed, mould in bathroom and on ceiling, rude receptionists, broken dresser, no iron
I was asked Multiple times if I want to buy drugs when I would get to the room at night and the Ceiling in the bathroom with coming down there were stains on the sheets when you remove the top cover . There were dogs running around the parking lot with no leash and no owner when I would ask to step in the front desk about a certain situation they were threaten to kick me out and cancel my reservation until we would apologize for the mistake on my reservation I made on line ..All in all it was a very unprofessional uncomfortable stay with the red roof

When I check in I pay with my Dept card and had no problem then I went to the front desk a few days later to extend my stay they African American lady at the front desk look at my card and she Through the card back at me with a hostile manner and said “yall people need to get a card with your name on it “ I can’t take this card.But it was the same card I check in with I told her ok u don’t have to get a attitude.she replied “I’ll kick u out right now and u can leave “ I told her that not necessary and I will pay in cash so made a reservation in the morning on line paid in full to stay a few extra nights and the She same lady from the front desk disrespectful came to the door says to my husband we have to get out. I was at work and my husband calls me says they made him pay in cash for the extra nights .So when I called her to confirm my reservation I made was paid all ready earlier that morning on line .He raised her voice saying there no reservation.when I asked her to double check for me.she told me there was no reservation.then she check and saw there was a reservation.she said it was not there before and made it seem like it was my fault.and to tell my husband to go get his money back that she made my husband pay.I asked her name she got a attitude and said I don’t need to know her name and she canceling my reservation and I can leave and hung up on me.Went to the room and told my husband she canceling my reservation said we had tomany dogs made my husband apologize
Bad and terrible attitude from the front desk lady b----. She tried to buck me , and have her whole family in the lobby as she screams the paying customers business out in front of everyone while they are on the phone with there boss
I have never been so discussed and imbarressed with the performance that she gave for her friends and family. This place is low grade and she needs to be removed before they get hit with a lawsuit. I wanted to be there a week but after that .... There is no way I would pay to stay there again ... What I want isa refund.
The staff was rude. Theybsent me to a room that was not clean. The floors were dirty. There was a drug deal happening as i got off of the elevator. They should reconsider who runs this place. Its absolutely terrible.

It was clean, nice people, quiet, the elevator needs help and they should make the front a little more obvious it's the entrance but, it was good.
My children made it there before me and Chester would not allow them to check in. I ended up calling hotels.com to put the hotel in my daughters name. Upon arriving to the room(338) I found holes in every wall(big enough for rats), ac not cold, I did observe a roach running across the floor in the bathroom after I arrived. Went down to front desk after calling and Lester-or Chester(whichever his name) stated that he can cancel our reservation and we go elsewhere because that is the 2nd issue we had since we’ve came. I want my money back because I ended up staying somewhere else. That place is not livable and needs to be shut down
Came in at 3pm, several people waiting in lobby. No rooms were ready. Waited until 4:15pm. Lady at front desk was rude. Room had broken bathroom door. There was a syringe outside in the parking lot next to where we parked. Room floor looks like it hadn’t been swept. Wouldn’t stay here again.
It was the most terrible experince, all the hotel smells to marihuana, all other guests was smoking marihuana, the room was all painted with gangs simbols, many people out side selling things, many of the other guests has anckle bracelet of jail, it is a dangerous place.
This was quite possibly the worst stay that I have ever had booking hotels on this site/app. I was in room 101 and let me tell you the room was absolutely DISGUSTING! There were the brownish/black marks all over the ceiling in different areas (they reminded me dried blood spots and they almost looked like blood spatter from a gun shot). The bath tub was filthy. The air conditioner constantly leaked on the floor and this was not a new problem, because the linoleum started buckling under the air conditioner from the constant drip. The built in dresser drawers were all broken, i mean i was just so uncomfortable just because of the filth. Then lets talk about all the people hanging around outside. My door was near an emergency stairwell and there was actually a guy standing near the door to that stairwell whom looked homeless, but he was actually smoking a CRACK PIPE in the corner! The area near that emergency stairwell door was like the gathering area, there were a number of people congregating near there and not to mention every time that door closed, it would slam hard and i could clearly hear it in my room. At one point, around 630 in the morning, i could clearly hear the sounds of people having sex in that stairwell. This was a terrible stay and i couldnt be paid to stay here again. This motel definitely needs some new management or tighter security or something because i thought i had stepped into the twilight zone of filth and homeless crack heads.
The location was kind of shady there were always people outside. In my room the in the bathroom there was a huge crack about an inch wide across the ceiling.
