Very personal hygienic cleaning supplies were left by the guests before us, we found this on our way out the door barf. The doors dont seal well so every noise around is heard. The first night we only got a couple of hours of sleep because of this. The beds were uncomfortable. We were charged for parking, roughly 20 a day, that i wasnt made aware of until it was charged to my card upon checkout. Alright now for the good. The staff were friendly and it is very close to the mall. Thats all i have nice to say.... We won't be coming back to this property.

Clean older building in a formerly nice part of town. Near a large mall but who cares about malls any more. Not as nice as I expect for a residence inn. No grand foyer. No after work drinks. The building feels like a 1980’s era apartment building converted to a hotel. It was barely more than a motel with exterior facing doors and no landscaping to speak of.

The room was pretty decent. Only complaint is the pull out bed from the sofa. It wasn’t comfortable. It had a full size mattress on a Queen frame. So my friend kept getting scratches.

Great hotel. I don’t understand why they don’t renovate or update the property. The owners are pocketing the profit instead of upgrading the property. The hotel is nice just supper outdated. PROS Clean property Great customer service Great area Spacious rooms Kitchenette Great breakfast options CONS No wall outlet next to the bed No USB plug ins Toilet is scuffed and pieces coming off due to cleaning chemicals Me and my sisters shower was not the cleanest THIN WALLS - I woke up to my neighbor trying to be a rapper at 3am. This is my third time staying here and probably my last. I rather go to an updated hotel.

Clean, good breakfast, but parking isn’t free.

Didn’t know that the parking cost money until after checking in. It did say under amenities but at the very bottom. Breakfast was good. The setup of the hotel is a bit unusual, different buildings for different sets of rooms. The bed wasn’t very comfortable.

Loved the clean room and that it had a full kitchen. We had the suite with the private bedroom. Our adult kids had the pull out couch bed but bring extra cushions or blankets because it was not very comfortable. Loved the two tv's so we both had our privacy. Parking was under us and free! It is a VERY busy area but safe gated place! Shopping is near but we didn't stay for that. We had door dash the night we arrived and their were many choices. This was well worth the money! Will stay here again!

The staff was helpful, but communications were difficult due to language barriers. The property was in need of repair. The first night we stayed there was no hot water. The carpeting was held down with duct tape, and the dishwasher fell out of the cabinet. The breakfast team was amazing, they were always cheerful and kind. I wish all of the staff were like them. The location was very good, for what we needed. Just might be better options available.
