This property was not what I expected. My door to the bathroom did not properly close and the ice machine was broken on my floor . You had to call ahead if you wanted housekeeping to clean your room . Nice property overall I just expected more

Hotel rooms are super tiny, it was just 3 of us in a premiere 2 bed, and we were literally bumping into each other all day and night, toilet wouldn't flush correctly, they had 5 elevators, only 2 were working, mind you they were having a wedding in the convention area and it was jam packed. The wait for an elevator the first 2 days, was about a 30 minute wait every ride..wouldn't recommend

The room at first glance was ok. The bed was comfortable and water in the bathroom was extremely hot. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. A brush full of hair from a previous guest was left in the room. When I asked for my room to be clean my tooth brush was left face down on the counter opened out of case not on the towel I left it. Hair was left near my hygiene items. I didn’t appreciate the condition of the bathroom. For the cost the location was the best part of the stay. Overall I wouldn’t go back.

Overrated

First I wanna say Im mad at Hotèl.com giving me one price but i was way over charge when I arrive. I made it to the hotel around 1130pm ,so the person at the desk rush me for my check in. He didnt give me much details at all on the room and he was in a rush to take my money. This hotel is over rated because u pay over 150.00 for a plan room nothing major. I hate you have to pay 30 after all those extra fees for to eat So the hotel basically for show nothing exclusive. The parking garage is scary no lights anyone can rob you so to slove that you pay more for valet parking again nothing is showing me top line this a hotel could have paid 100 then add all the services because they jist want money for stuff that should be added.

Although the parking garage access was on a separate elevator, it was quite do-able. The dining room staff was wonderful and breakfast selections were great, however, the price was a bit steep. Overall, my experience there was very enjoyable and I would stay there again, as well as recommend it to others.
