The property and rooms were clean. Check in and out was quick and efficient. The gentlemen that checked me in was very nice. Ive stayed here several times in the last 3 months and i have come to expect and receive the same consistent impression. Only 1 bad experience. I arrived and went to my room on the second floor. The key didnt work so i called downstairs and the lady told me that i would have to bring it to her. I explained that i had just climbed upstairs with 2 heavy bags. She again told me to bring it to her. No im sorry i apologize, etc. I drug my things back down and again up with no consideration of my situation. It worked but when i proceeded to turn on the tv it didnt work. I called her again this time from the room phone. She told me that she would move me. I wasnt happy but agreed. She then asked if i had used anything. I informed her that i had used the bathroom upon my arrival. She then informed me because i used the bathroom that she couldnt move me. At that point i let her know that id like to just cancel and leave. She said ok but i would be charged for the 2 nights that i had booked. I stayed but for the next 4 su day and monday nights i stayed at other hotels. I decided to give this hotel another chance. The young lady was not there and the staff that was actually understood what customer service meant--good no excellent customer service was about. I will be returning this sunday and i do plan on staying at this hotel. Thank you for listening!

I unexpectedly needed a room while a family member was in the hospital. This hotel is close to the hospital, has a nicely lit parking lot, the room was nice and clean, it was affordable and the staff was kind and friendly as I had to keep extending my stay due to my family members hospital stay. I recommend this hotel and will certainly stay here again if the need arises.

The owner is rude. He gave me weird facial expressions when I walked into the breakfast area. The timings on the board said 5am-9am. I went there at 5:40am and was asked by him to come back later. I don’t see any reason why

Two way mirror in bathroom/doorway to bathroom. You could tell a clear difference between the sink mirror and the odd mirror facing the toilet/tub. There were two “fire alarms” also. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was minimal but available. The guy checking us in was a little rude but the check out went super smooth.
