Mostly great. The sliding door to the bathroom wouldn't stay closed. The parking garage gate arm kept getting stuck. A little inconvenience and the day of check out, the gate arm wouldnt work unless i paid the fee online. Ridiculous

I stay here every time I visit my family. It’s clean, quiet and luxurious without crazy prices. It’s located in a great area of Houston. Easy access to the highway. I highly recommend this hotel.

I really enjoyed our 2 night stay. The only downside was regarding the parking. The Valet attendant notified us upon check-in that Handicap plates receive free parking and to notify the front desk. We notified the front desk upon check-in. However, when we were checking out the front desk associate stated the hotel GM stated to no longer provide free parking for Handicap plates.

Very nice place service was not great I paid for my hotel room upfront and when I arrived, they changed my room saying that it was booked even though I paid for my room upfront so they didn’t have any availability. They tried to come my breakfast for my accommodations, but my room was never changed to my whole time and they never tried to change it and once I tried to go to breakfast, the service was one star the service there would not let you get hot food and you had to get what was out there and did not give you any recommendations if they had hot breakfast will never stay here again
